Every order passes through my hands personally and is handled by me personally. Canvas prints are made to order by a trusted partner. I will do my utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your order!
Should you ever want to return something, you can of course make use of your right to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please understand that the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. If there is demonstrable damage due to transportation or a defect, I will cover the return costs for you!
If a return is desired, please contact me within 30 days of receipt of the delivery via my email address or via one of my contact fields on the website. Please let me know your order number.

If you have created a customer account with me in the store, you can also conveniently handle a return from your account within the first 30 days after receipt of the delivery. To do this, log in to your customer account, select the order and the items it contains that you would like to return. Add a reason for the return and nothing stands in the way of your return.
